I drew these Macaws from a beautiful photograph from the Reference Image Library on WetCanvas. The amazing thing about this drawing was that it was sold long before the drawing was finished.I wanted the birds to appear high up in the canopy and thus the photo was modified to give this appearance.
23.5 X 25 on Stonehenge with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.
